  1. (KCMO) City Hall-----the aforementioned photo actually shows the results of KC's "1-percent for art" initiative.
While misinterpreted by some, this installation is titled "Compartmentalized Bureaucracy" and speaks to the liberal urban Democrat's penchant for ruining forward progress.

  2. Tree's when grown tear up the sidewalks . So why do they do this ?
Most of these tree's will die because no one will water them .

  3. Just like bike lanes that go to no where

  4. Meanwhile the rest of the city will never see new sidewalks

  6. This is how the city runs, build a new sidewalk with a tree and a power box in the way, asphalt a new street then dig it up to replace water lines. Nobody in city developement spends any time checking on what other departments have planned in advance, the bullhorn and his boy Troy rush to have these "shovel ready projects" done so they can say look at me I got this done. It's a big joke amongst city departments.

  7. Typical un'eduacted city planners that work for City of KCMO !!

gotta remember folks they went to the KCMO School District , remember that when you run into that TREE right smack in the middle of the sidewalk and or that power box.

Coming Soon a SIDEWALK with a 300 foot Waterfall in the middle of it, brought to you by the city engineers and staff of KCMO !!!
