Indivisible KC Gearing Up For More Local Protesting To Save Obamacare

As we noted previously, Indivisible KC is the local political action network that organizes a great deal of metro protests and lobbying in defense of Obamacare.

After the latest EPIC defeat of TrumpCare . . . We thought they'd be doing just a bit of bragging, but it seems like they're already planning to keep up their fight.

Here's what they have to say:

"Well, our celebrations have been cut short. Although Jerry Moran defeated the BCRA, he now says he'll support the full repeal of the ACA. This would leave 32M people without health insurance, and it would affect hundreds of millions more, especially those with pre-existing conditions.

"He thinks he's carrying out a promise to his voters, but we say we will release him of that promise."

Senator Moran Release from Campaign Promise to Repeal ACA

  1. So, Kansans who did not vote for Moran are releasing him from his promise to repeal the ACA, but Kansans who did vote for him are holding him to that promise. Hmmm, which group do you suppose he will listen to?

  2. He'll listen to the rural hospital folk telling him they'll have to close the doors without gov't dough.

  3. After years of listing to a ton of bullshit about Obamycare we are now going to spend years listening to another ton of bullshit about Obamycare. The real news is the press can stop worrying about Trump actually doing anything he has a do nothing congress to obstruct damn near everything.
