    The best is Roscoe's BBQ, 9711 Kaw Drive, Edwardsville (quarter mile West of 435, less than a mile South of Hollywood Casino & KS Speedway). The entire menu is excellent.

    Rosedale's ends, ribs, beef sammies, and greasy good fries are great. But, ya gotta trek to the Dotte's wild west side and give Roscoe's a try. Loads of Ft. LV Army families venture over to this spot between shopping, hitting the slots, or just for the best bbq. Roscoe's is no longer open Sat. & Sun., and closes at 7pm Mon. to Fri. They seat about 60, half in booths, a couple of hightops, and a few tables. Regulars call in carry-outs, and all 5 weeknights has a steady stream of pick-ups​ to go.
