TKC SATURDAY NIGHT PLAYLIST!!! QUESTION: BETTER TO JUST DONATE TO CHILDREN'S MERCY THAN SUPPORT KANSAS CITY B-LIST 'BIG SLICK' JUNKET?!?

This weekend some of the most mediocre celebs in all of the U.S. gathered in Kansas City to support a good cause.

It's important to note that this volunteer work brings some great publicity and attention to the important efforts of Children's Mercy and their need for public support. Every day this institution saves lives and works to make the world a better place. BUT, the celeb participants also earn a nice bit of freebie publicity and a convenient way to punch up their image.

Fact: There have only been about 2 & 1/2 decent movies produced among all of the "celebrities" at Big Slick.

And this brings us to our nagging question about Kansas City constantly confusing charity with social justice.

Think about this:

While these Kansas City affiliated celebs were mugging for the camera and working hard to seem more likeable and less like Hollywood elitist snobs . . . Jimmy Kimmel has actually been raising some important questions about Healthcare for children and all Americans by sharing personal stories and just a bit of partisan mockery.

And so, while charity work is fine and rewarding for everyone involved. It's important to note that the overall healthcare disparity betwixt rich and poor in the most powerful nation in the world is really at the crux of this debate.

Like it or not, most readers of this blog and most Americans are on the losing side of the healthcare debate despite whatever brand of nonsensical cable TV politics they might support.

Last word: For those not interested in supporting locals and their Tinseltown antics, let's not forget that Children's Mercy takes donations 24 hours a day throughout the year.

And all of this inspires our playlist for tonight . . .

As always, thanks for reading this week and have a safe and fun Saturday night.

  1. Kimmel has great politics for a comedian. Just wish his jokes were better.

    2. People can do whatever they want to or nothing at all. I think the good part about Big Slick is that it brings an important cause to the forefront of people who might not be inclined to help a charitable cause. The average fan of these folks isn't really well informed, so if they can raise some awareness from people who might be able to help later on in their lives. That's something they bring to the table better than just the average charity pitch that most people tune out.

What do Republicans call a massive tax cut/gift for the rich, that's paid for by 23 million Americans losing their health insurance?

    A health care plan!

You can't make this shit up.

I don't always agree with everything pun man says but but on the serious violent dangerous negroid abounds issues of the city we are in lockstep agreement. We both realize the need for people to be well armed and trained handle a firearm and well enough in the head to own one and have the balls to blast the son of a bitch to hell if needed.

  8. Rob Riggle is pretty funny.

Health Care was not great before the Democrats and Obama, with premeditated lies and a level of skullduggery worthy of a Stalinist apparatchik arrogated control of 1/6th of the economy and completely, totally ruined the entire edifice, again, as imperfect as it was. At the time, 70% of people surveyed again and again, said they were satisfied with their Health Care.

Obama, with Big Government, Deep State parasites, yearning for more money, control and power, knowing full well, that the result, would be, what we already knew would happen (Government run Health Care had already been in place for decades, it was and is, called the VA you dumb fucks.), shifted wealth away from the people they hated and prey upon, the middle class and presented it to the indolent, entitled voting block that "Vote For A Living" (See Byron).

This was possible, because of one thing and one thing only, the complicit and loathsome Main Stream Media.

Now, some years later, after the predictable and unremarkable failure of another government run program that sucks the life out of the economy and ruins lives from coast to coast, it has imploded in the wake of reality and facts that were always there for any, but the scumbag criminals in government and the 4th estate who didn't want to admit it and the willfully impercipient, who, in the face of actual facts, insist that if they wear purple shoes and drink Kool-Aid they will find a beautiful home on a fuckin comet.

Now, flat liner fucks, who inflicted the misery, high deductibles, higher premiums and crippling economic realities on us all, are, as you can see above with our resident genius, Byron, screaming to the heavens with their bootless cries, that Republicans are evil for trying to pull this fuckin wreck out of the ditch and get it to a body shop.

It's an ugly process and it won't please anyone, but, once again, the 4th estate, the Progressive idiot fucks who really run this country and the "Every thing should be free" crowd will whine like the miserable spoiled rotten fucks they are.

Hollywood will make movies about evil whites and compare them to Hitler. The MSM will portray every single human being in America as having suffered under the new legislation with anecdotal examples and your Democrat politicians will get elected, on the very mess, they created.

    Some country.

Maybe if they had the House, Senate, Presidency, majority on the Supreme Court...most of the State Legislatures and Governorships...but yeah...the 4th estate and the Progressive idiot fucks really run this country...hilarious! Who are the Progressive idiot fucks again chuck? Damn those must be some powerful dudes. Chuck, you are such a joke.

  18. Celebrities need a cause and they get pretty good treatment when they get here. Living with chronic health problems you have to deal with people calling you queer like these folks who comment on this blog. Only the alpha males deserve a break, like celebrities and CEOs. Because when you get sick and lose a bunch of weight you always get someone ask you if you got AID'S. At that point you realize your entire group of friends are a bunch of assholes and you say fuck them and the flat world they live in. Life is to short to be surrounded by nights and Kansas City is big enough you can avoid the alpha males and their girlfriends
