Man freed after 17 years in prison prompts authorities to reflect on legal system
OLATHE Kan. -- On Monday, the Johnson County District Attorney announced the office has dismissed the case against Richard Jones, the local man who found his Doppelgänger, and in the process, his freedom. Jones spent 17 years in prison, convicted for a purse snatching in Roeland Park on Memorial Day, 1999.
The guy should sue the whore who identified him as the perp.

ReplyDeleteWhy sue? The two boons at the center of the controversy look like twins and the way this dismissal came together doesn't prove anyone was innocent. All they had to do was convince the victim that there is another person that looks just like the perp. Now where is the picture of the twin from 17 years ago? Did the victom see a photo of both from back them? Hell no! Asmart layer gave her two current photos. Hell, we don't have a clue what they both looked like when the crime was committed and the dumb ass libtard judge and prosecutor didn't even press the issue - probably to avoid being labeled a racist or some horse shit like that. It isn't like there was evidence the guy didn't do it and the guy sure as hell didn't have much of an alibi. This is simply a case of a guy winning the lotto and becoming the luckiest SOB on the face of the earth.
