'All clear': Suspicious package detonated near federal building, no explosives
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Multiple streets in downtown Kansas City were shut down after a suspicious package was found just off the sidewalk of federal property Monday. At approximately 9:20 a.m., FOX 4 received notification from police that the package was detonated with a controlled explosion and did not contain any explosives.
Did they get all the drugs out of the backpack before the blew it up?
