Union Station beefs up security for Memorial Day celebration after Manchester attack
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Every Memorial Day weekend, hundreds of people gather at Union Station to listen to the Kansas City Symphony and watch fireworks. It's a family-friendly event with tons of games, activities, and food. To keep it safe and fun, the Symphony and Union Station are adding more security, in light of the recent bombing tragedy in Manchester, England.

Manchester was due to an immigration problem, not a security problem.

ReplyDelete5:57 is on the right track, but none of the European terrorists were immigrants; but they were members of an immigrant community existing as a subset of the larger community. The problem is that these countries, like us, treated these citizens of theirs as second class citizens. Disgruntled Muslims are ripe for radicalization, just as disgruntled people here are ripe for radicalization.

The problem is these sub-cultures have evolved into undisciplined, unprincipled criminal breeding zones. They are outsiders by choice, not by force.
ReplyDeleteSecurity was beefed up because mayor bullhorn was there and he's too scared to go anywhere without a major police presence, you know, because of the crime and murder rate being so bad and all. He probably pulled every cop in the city leaving no cops in the rest of town just to protect his fat azz! Because if he get's murdered no one will put his name on the new airport!
