  2. Appears Merriam has the same problems of stealing the public blind as they do in Wyandotte County. Personnel problem alright. Bloated city governments filled with lying thieves with life time high salaries, benefits, perks and huge pensions they would never received in real life. And the icing on cake, the crooks let him off without servicing his full probation.
