OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Police say a fugitive has been hiding out in Overland Park after being charged with child molestation in Jefferson City, Mo. The Cole County Sheriff's Department has been looking for Julio Clark since March 28th when he was charged with molesting a girl under the age of 12 years old.

Adrienne Afrisio was pulled over on a very busy stretch of roadway and was waiting for a tow truck driver to wrap up the job after her car had broken down.
