  1. He must have started questioning things too late in the eyes of the law.

  2. There are repeated stories just like this over the years, woman scams a guy for child support and the utterly corrupt court system still makes him pay. What really sucks is for the child, well young adult now, who may or may not have thought the guy was the father. He proves he wasn't and says: I want nothing to do with this any more. Man, heart breaking on all levels except for the skank that produced the mess in the first place; I have no compassion or understanding for that.

  3. This is the worst kind of rape in America. I got a thousand dollars that says they won't do jack shit to that lying bitch mother either.

  4. Nope, not a darn thing. Had a buddy that was paying child support to a kids mother, for a kid that LIVED FULL TIME WITH HIM! Had to pay until that kid was 25 (cause he could've been in college). Dude friend was probably the same sitchy as this one; blue collar guy without the financial wherewithal to get a lawyer involved, which probably wouldn't change anything anyway.

  5. At least he wasn't married. If he had been he would have to pay even if the kid wasn't his because we live under these fair, man protecting, laws that say if the kid was born to the marriage you are going to pay anyway.
