KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A part of a stage backdrop collapsed during a Planet Comicon panel but the host managed to recover flawlessly. The panel was hosted by John Barrowman, known for his roles on "Arrow", "Torchwood", and "Doctor Who". After the backdrop fell inward, he cracked a few jokes and continued with the panel as planned.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Several hundred people are flooding into the IBEW Local 124 in Kansas City, Missouri Saturday afternoon to remember Jessica Runions. Her "celebration of life" was organized by her 14-year-old sister, Megan. Jessica's mother, Jamie, spoke with 41 Action News about how much it means to see the outstanding showing of support, even from complete strangers.
