KANSAS CITY UPTOWN ARTS BAR ON BROADWAY TRASHED BY CROOKS!!!

The level of Midtown Kansas City crime continues to escalate after a scary gunpoint robbery this week and this nasty act of vandalism with more video evidence.

Take a look:

Fox4KC: Police seek three suspects who trashed midtown bar

Sadly, the money line seeks to reach out the suspects and promotes the local safe space that might have to start thinking about better security. Checkit:

“There are curious people out there that have no direction. There's poverty in the world and people feel disenfranchised. The sad thing is, this particular venue would be the most welcoming to them. It's the exactly marginalized we are most known for supporting and giving a safe space to,” Jeannette Powers said.

You decide . . .

  2. Jesus. From this article on up on this site look how much crime black people committed last night. And that's not all of it. They are just a plague on Earth.

  3. I put the surveillance in there. They should have bought some guns too. This random violence is a repetitive theme that always ends the same way. With dead people on the floor and excuses for the violence.

Those folks were really nice, but I think making excuses for what is obviously just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the malevolent bedrock of hatred that produces this anarchy and dystopia, business owners would be better served by returning the violence in spades.

The time for "Hearts and Minds" bullshit is in the rear view mirror.

  4. Attract lowlifes to your bar and lowlife shit will happen. Some people don't have nice things because they don't deserve them, know what i'm sayin?

  5. These dumb asses still dont get it. They should have known this was going to happen, and it will probably happen again while they offer their "safe space".

    what a joke

  7. A "Safe" place with some "safe" art. Of course more artists have been welcome then they can count, with their "safe" art in this "safe" place that is really just a another midtown bar at the end of the day. Rainbow snatch can spin it all she wants but it sounds like the thugs are just as welcome as the broke ass artists, so they better capture as many as they can because they only have 20. dollars to all work with thanks to all of the NGO's that support the arts. Keep it real CK!

  8. FYI, dumbasses, social justice warriors are not the counter-culture. Remember it was Obama who signed into law the transgender bathroom bill which wasted everyones' tax dollars to change all of the signs on public bathrooms. Hello you fucking retards you are pushing the rhetoric of the mainstream media because you are too fucking lazy to do the research about what is happening in politics today. For the last time, Identity Politics is not avant-garde, it is the mainstream media public programming, and it has obviously mind fucked Jeanette Powers. How is it a "safe" space you dumb bitch, it just got burglarized. Welcoming back the three people that just robbed with you open arms, is not progressive or liberal, it is called "Stockholm Syndrome."Stockholm syndrome is a condition that causes hostages to develop a psychological alliance with their captors as a survival strategy during captivity. These feelings, resulting from a bond formed between captor and captives during intimate time spent together, are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims. Generally speaking, Stockholm syndrome consists of "strong emotional ties that develop between two persons where one person intermittently harasses, beats, threatens, abuses, or intimidates the other. If you know anything about the management of the uptown arts bar, this definition fits to a tee.

  9. Jeanette Powers was quoted as saying about the three thugs who vandalized the Uptown Arts Bar, "The sad thing is, this particular venue would be the most welcoming to them." If this is true, then the Uptown Arts Bar is the last place I ever want to go. Welcoming thuggish vandals into your establishment is a really good way to prevent non-thugs from ever showing up there. Thanks for the heads-up, Jeanette.
