Two midtown Kansas City businesses on 39th Street near Bell are closing. The owner of D.B. Cooper's Bar and the owner of Po's Dumpling Bar are both retiring. Customers have been coming to D.B. Cooper's Bar for almost 40 years. "We had a good time.
