Storm clouds gather this evening along with more conversation about the possibility of a new airport and other bad ideas . . . Like a collabo with STL.
A lively panel this evening hosted masterfully, check the description:
"Mike Shanin interviews Barbara Bollier, Kansas State Senator, about challenges facing lawmakers as they return to session in May. Then Patrick McInerney, Gwen Grant, Danedri Herbert and Steve Rose discuss new revenue and unemployment numbers in Kansas and what they mean for the state's economy, the push for a November vote on KCI and new efforts to increase collaboration between KC and St. Louis."
Take a look:
You decide . . .
Dare them to put the airport on the ballot.
ReplyDeleteIt will lose big.
Another rigged vote? Why not?
ReplyDeleteSteve Rose Blows
ReplyDeleteRose = loser
ReplyDeleteHas anyone ever seen Gwen Grant and Maxine Waters at the same time in the same room? I think they borrow each other's wigs.
ReplyDeleteFuck RINO ROSE
ReplyDeleteThe council will sucker the voters. It will be on the ballot but worded in a vague way that will lead voters to vote for it thinking a single terminal will not be the outcome but then will be used by the council as cover to do a single terminal.
ReplyDeleteRemember river boat gambling...no river boats.
They did the same to kill an effective citywide mass transit rail.
We are all just suckers to them to be used to line their and their cronies' pockets.
Suckers
According to Visit KC our town creates 50,000 new jobs per day.
ReplyDelete7:39---I figure Gwen/Glenn is very protective of her/his hair hats.
ReplyDeleteFucking shame if these people are the only ones allowed to talk in KC.
