Purses Will Soon Be Banned At Major KU Sporting Events
Starting in August, KU Athletics will ban all purses from football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball games and other major sporting events. If it's larger than a typical clutch bag and opaque, it won't be allowed into big games. Anything else Jayhawk fans carry will have to be in a clear plastic bag no larger than 12-by-12 inches.
What about man bags?

ReplyDeleteYeah, 4:56, to each, their own. Lots of us get that not only in college programs, the little leagues to the pros have some undesirable aspects. Favortism and misbehavior within college athletics seems to surface too often. But, those college programs at any level that are providing decent entertainment, employment, tax collections and other revenues, aren't total losers. Crafty branding and bragging rights entices good ol' school pride. That is known to bring generous corporate funds, alumni bucks, boosted enrollments, along with increased sales of merchandise/food/special events tickets/parking, etc.

D1 sports at colleges are now over the top
