Kansas City Councilwoman Alissia Canady, chairwoman of the council's public safety committee, is used to discussing violent crime and the impact on the community. But she found herself right in the middle of a rolling gunbattle Tuesday evening, something she's never experienced before. "It was very disturbing," she said.

Next thing you know she'll find out the city council has a committee that supposedly addresses public safety issues, her colleague Jolie Justus just chaired a task force that met for A YEAR to address these issues, that the city funds the KCPD to the tune of over $250 million a year, and that almost $100 million is funneled into nonprofits which do little more than make the money simply disappear year after year.
How, exactly, does she spend her time?
It was one car away she looked up and saw it close up. No description. Thats amazing. Seems to be a thing in the hood. You can see to fill out paperwork to get government benefits but cant see a persons color or car type or color from 15 feet away.
