  1. Nope. I'd pay that to live in Platte County. At least there you can sleep at night knowing your neighbors, law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges have your back.

  2. Best example of humblebragging is someone who lives in Brookside "complaining" about their house remodel.

  3. The problem is that house could be worth less than 100K in a few years. I hope not but I would guess there are all kinds of great homes in Detroit that could be bought for 100K.

  8. Brooksiders have a false sense of security because of the quality of the houses and neighborhood. Don't get me wrong, those tree-lined streets with their immaculate houses and sidewalks are a very attractive draw. And so close to all the upscale hipster places. Easy to think that one is safe there. There are NO safe places anywhere. Nice house, though.

  9. Unfortunately, I wouldn't pay a dime to live in Kansas City. It's turned into nothing but a black infested, shithole of a city. Nothing but bad sports teams to car-jackings, etc. Used to be a great place. Today, not so much.

  10. Screw Brookside,,,

I'll sell my nice KCMO Home on 1.5 acres for $275.000 if your interested and you'll have no crime over here where I'm at.

lot less than those over rated , over hyped Dog Houses over in brookside that are all crammed together !!

wouldn't live over there if a house was $5.00 dollars !!!
