GARTH BROOKS RETURNS TO SPRINT CENTER BUT STILL NO PRO SPORTS TEAM!!!

Years and years ago . . . The country crooner had his voice give out halfway through a concert series that debuted the Sprint Center. Now he's coming back. Take a look:

Garth Brooks is coming to Sprint Center

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The 2016 CMA Entertainer of the Year, Garth Brooks, just announced that he is bringing his world tour to Kansas City. The singer will be at Sprint Center Saturday, May 6. His wife, country singer Trisha Yearwood, will also be performing with him.

  1. Too old a facility to attract any pro team now.

A city without a heavily subsidized, absentee owner is like a fish without a bicycle.

  2. Ya, Barnes and company should be in prison for the con job it did to the city. We were told if you build it, a NBA or NHL team will come. No we built it, and it's 2017 and we're still waiting.

If it was only going to get concerts (That we were already getting BTW) we could of built a concert hall for not even half the money the SC cost.

  3. We just need more Mizzou games at Sprint. Alumni like yours truly deserve it. Being the intellectually perfect geniuses we are, the rest of
You should buy the tickets for superior persons like me.

  4. Garth Brooks. Washed up whiny pop-country. With the audience make-up of this concert, the ghetto muggers, thieves, thugs, and car jackers will have a hey day!

  5. Will Garth be doing any cool stuff, slick stuff, or NEAT STUFF?

This is the funniest thing you will see today, trust me.

  6. If Garth and his ol' lady keep it up they are going to have to putt some concrete pillars under the stage.
