    Richard Montano and I felt we should speak up on Mike's behalf..again we don't know what went down. We know a person was killed and thats just so sad. We don't know why. I have worked with Mike for years and he was always respectful and helpful. The comedy world really liked him and he helped several other young comics with their work as well. Mike did many charity events for free in KC. There is another side to all this, thats all. So both of us talked to Fox 4 yesterday about Mike.

      To Craig and Richard, I understand your loyalty to a "friend" when you don't know what's going on behind closed doors. The reason I am writing this is not because you're defending a friend, but because you are referring to him as a good father. I can tell you unequivocally that he was not. He beat the women he was with, even with his boys in the house. E left drugs out in the open with his kids home, spoke negatively of their mother in front of them and funny thing is she was the real parent in the relationship. Did you know Mike didn't want anything to do with his kids for the longest time? Did you know he was lying to people and telling them that the mother of his kids took them away from him and moved out of state? That is absolutely false. Mike agreed to let them leave and there is proof of this. STOP referring to him as a good dad. He was not. And his broke joke ass didn't leave for Hollywood because HE WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

And to the person trying to blast Mike's personal life, you have zero facts and are only stating things that the mother of his children has told you. Which means it's just her side to that story. I am a family member of Mike, not a friend. I can tell you that above all, he loved his boys and any one who knows Mike, knows that. Regardless of what happened, we should all feel bad that now his sons have to live without a father. And also sad about the life that was lost, no matter what the circumstances, because like it's been stated so many times before, you do not know the whole story. Stop passing judgement on a man that you know nothing about.
