Adam Lambert is the best choice to cover as a front man for Freddy. Deacon, Taylor and May who were the session men for Freddy Mercury may have borrowed from other musicians and songwriters like Rory Gallagher, or Carmine Apice. Deacon and May wrote hit songs for Queen and certainly the band would have went another direction had they not found Freddy Mercury. It's to bad the midwest never got over their homophobia.
