  2. Rule #1 - The burden of proving the shooting was unjustified is on the state. Keep yer yap shut and request an attorney before agreeing to say anything or be interviewed. If you are going to go out of your way to open your pie hole and make the state's case for them kiss your ass goodbye. You need to understand there are few bureaucrats who even think you should be a free man for owning a firearm.
