      The driver was likely from Johnson County. Those assholes dont obey any rules and they dont think they have to.

    Expired Tags = Typical

    Outstanding WARRANTS for Arrest = Typical

    Had Drugs on them = Typical

    Committed other previous crimes = Typical

    Stolen Vehicle possibly = Typical

    That Sums up 70% to 80% of whats in Jackson County / KCMO - Missouri

    and they wonder Why ?????
