Yet another reminder from our KICK-ASS BLOG COMMUNITY that Kansas City seldom keeps its promises to the public . . .
KC leaf and brush drop off closed
KC decided to close the leaf and brush dropoff against its rules. Driving north on Raytown road I saw a dozen trucks driving away from the leaf drop off site. It was chained shut saying closed until mid march. The KC website says open through January.
Another fail. The city would be better off if this was open sat and sun year round instead of wasting money on streetcars and rigged elections.

ReplyDelete^^^^^ THAT
ReplyDeleteYour tippy might wrong. The drop off sites do close in Feb. For about a month. They have to clean the area, grind the stuff. Repair access roads.
DeleteThis is done during the slow time.
With all of the dead bodies strewn around town someone could go all Fargo with the equipment.
FACT
ReplyDeleteThey'd be better off leaving the drop off site open and closing down KCMO City Hall permanently !!!!
Who agrees ????? :)
I guess "sex worker" sounds better than "five dollar independence avenue whore".
