  1. The KCMO electeds want the marches and publicity.
    But the LAST thing they want is for this to be on the April ballot, or even worse, to be approved by the voters if it is.
    Playing both ends against the middle is not a game for amateurs.
    Which Sly and the gang most assuredly are.
    But it's fun to watch as long as you don't actually live or work in KCMO.
