Missouri is the worst when it comes to death certificates. My mother died in Missouri and it took almost three months of do-overs because the state fucked up the date of death, then the date of birth, then the cause of death, then the address and so on. Then after it was done the coroner got his nose into it and fucked around for two weeks. The incompetent Missouri bureaucrats just beat your dick into the dirt at the worst possible time.
