I was down there last summer a week or so after that gun fight. A lot of the windows were shot out. Maybe this appropriation is for window repair.

^^^Sounds like your typical black neighborhood to me.

Black Chamber of Commerce, WTF is up with that shit? Like to see a white man start the White Chamber of Commerce so we could see how long before it's either fire bombed or they are sued for being racists. Just tear the whole damn 18th and Vine Dist down so no more tax dollars are wasted on crap like this.

Make it a Virtual 18thand Vine and nobody really gets killed

Don't stop with just that one building! Totally flatten the area and start over with low income tiny houses for homeless VETS!

Fake Jazz never fed anybody but a few lucky musicians.

Every taxpayer penny spent in this location is good money after bad.

Due to previous tear-downs, this are doesn't even qualify as an Historic District. To be honest, it should be delisted.
