  1. If there's so much excitement and so many new businesses opening in KC, why is every one of them in a location that was a "space of a former business"?
    You mean after the ribbon-cutting a "project" has to actually be financially sustainable?
    Has anyone shared this with Sly and the 12th and Oak Street subsidy gang?
    Waiting to take a look at the downtown miracle renaissance in about five years.

  3. Shame on Delaware State for scheduling a game they knew would be a blowout. Of course that was all about the Benjamins, lots of them. The athletic department should share some of the school's guarantee money with their players who were stuck with this farce of a football game.
