Tony you are an idiot. The market remains strong. Median sales price so far this year was up a strong 8.6% compared to last year. Another indicator of market strength in that number of days on market dropped to 34 so far this year compared to 38 last year. Frankly, the biggest problem for the Brookside make is a lack of inventory -- to few homes for sale. Take a class in statistics!
