Something to consider . . . Despite VERY IMPORTANT ELECTION PROBLEMS DURING HER LAST CAMPAIGN there are many folks to still count themselves as friends and supporters of this former power broker lady looking to get back in the fray with another political job behind the scenes.

As always, I'm sure there's some Latino out there pretending to speak for the entire community who also backs Ms. Garza.
Whatever the case, the point of this post is to remind folks that political life is rarely complete for truly dedicated local ladies . . . Think about it, Dutch Newman won an election posthumously . . . And while most people are hoping she doesn't show up to any JaxCo meetings (not entirely impossible) her legacy reminds us of the commitment Ms. Garza has given to Kansas City public life.

ReplyDeleteAnd the small and ever-decreasing number of voters who turn out for local elections keep putting the same or similar losers back in the courthouse, city hall, and various agencies around town.
