  2. The risk is the thrill that thrill seekers seek. Sometimes, risk takers die. Duh! Eskimos don't walk on thin ice. They think it's insulting God.

    How can you look at that thing & think it's safe? Why would you let a child ride it?

    Is the operator responsible? Yes, & so is the father.

    A mother would have told the child, "NO".
