ReplyDeleteFirst off I would not live anywhere that there is not a publicly available coon count. Second the fact that it is inside the city limits of KC would require a list of convicted felons who have already applied. I'll stay out here in the county where we still shoot thugs and intruders instead of making them role models and heroes.
