  1. Same people. Marvin Lymans knows absolutely nothing about economic development. While I agree that large contracts never go to black business and the people that live in the community, Marvin is mostly self-serving and has his hand out for himself. As Sly's puppet, he cannot be trusted.

  3. 1) "We need to finish the 18th and Vine District," said Kansas City, Missouri, Manager Troy Schulte.....who according to Jackson County property tax records, remains delinquent on his taxes. This, months after he promised to take care of it.

    2) "I want this project to happen because I want this infusion of money to be spent in this district and this area. I don't get the benefit of defeating a project like this because this is going to bring us jobs and this will bring us community benefits" said Councilman Quinton Lucas.....who's had his own problems paying property taxes on time. Mr. Lucas, who works in Lawrence, but lives in an 18th and Vine area apartment to fool his constituency and maintain KCMO residency for his political ambitions.

    3) "Make sure black people, who have the highest unemployment in the city, get jobs, jobs in the owning, designing and managing of projects. Because that's where the wealth is" said Marvin Lyman- President and CEO, Black Economic Union. Mr. Lyman has a vivid imagination (some would diagnose delusional psychosis) as evidenced by his writing about himself in a very inflated manner.

Do you suppose Mr. Lyman actually believes he was the Treasurer of the city of KCMO?

KCMO IS LED BY DEMOCRATIC PARTY INCOMPETENTS!!!

  7. How much would my water bill go down if they used this for the water project instead of pissing it down a rat hole?

I'm for using the money for water/sewer and lowering the cost of their poor service. Paying 70 for using 3 units of water per month is absurd.
