All on the north side,,, who lives there... historically. Central is half filled same w armourdale at is fine,, 38th to 3rdst North of state, who made it so people don't want to live around killings and robbery. Almost all the murders for 2016 n last are a North side address and a black Vic, pro tip not one white suspect
