Once again it's violent teen flash mob season in Kansas City and authorities are putting out a stern warning to parents and local youth.
To wit . . .
KANSAS CITY INSIDERS WARN: GIVEN THE UPTICK IN LOCAL VIOLENCE AND FEWER OFFICERS TO COPE WITH DANGEROUS STREETS, EXPECT TOUGHER CURFEW ENFORCEMENT IN LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICTS!!!
Put simply, police staff reductions have made it impossible for local law enforcement to play nice and/or wet nurse to a bunch of rug rats . . . Which isn't their job anyhoo. So expect a more stringent crackdown after an overwhelming police presence on the Plaza is what kept the peace last Summer.
Call this FAIR WARNING as TKC remains the only media outlet to talk about the curfew in practical terms and put it in context . . . Here's the KCMO curfew schedule:

ReplyDeleteSomeone please tell me why white and Mexican kids don't have to have government provided programs to try to keep them out of trouble? Wait, I know why. They have parents that actually parent. Black "parents" are nothing more than sperm donors and baby incubators. The "parents" are usually worse than the kids. And it's not racist to disband them. When I was in high school the cops would run us off too when we got together and just loitered. We weren't bothering anyone either. We sure as hell weren't shooting people and pushing prom girls into the fountains. But it's happening to black people so it must be racist. The cops would never let hundreds of white kids line the streets of Westport either but they let black kids do and fucks with everybody.
