Here's a nice bit of back and forth on an important issue . . . Basically this is another de facto fee because Kansas City can't maintain its infrastructure . . . Like it or not, the smart money is with Councilman Sharp. Better to rent or pay for home owners to pony up for this policy given this town's decaying pipes. You can no longer call him Councilman. Former Councilman, yes. Councilman, no.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that he normally agrees with Lewis Diuguid's columns automatically renders all his opinions worthless.
ReplyDeleteInsurance schemes always benefit the seller. Troy has become AmWat's shill.
ReplyDeleteWho cares what John Sharp says?
ReplyDeleteI'm getting tired of seeing these fucking water insurance letters from that incompetent ass hole Troy Schulte. If you are his butt buddy, you can become a department director with no skills or experience
ReplyDeleteWhat is Sharp being paid for this endorsement? Is Riley involved?
ReplyDeleteI figured Sharp was responsible for this horrible insurance company pick for Kansas City water line insurance. They don't cover galvanized pipes which 90% of Kansas City residents have, so you pay into this insurance for years, and when its your time to call upon the service, they politely back out of covering the problem. Sharp must have some kind of controlling interest in this b.s. insurance company. He needs to sit his old ass down somewhere.
