It's a tough call, you see people such as local personality Jonathan Weir who claim that at one point in his life he was on food stamps but he made his way out of being dependent on the state to making a career for himself in radio. On the other hand, there are those people who are just parasites and want to live off the taxpayers. There should be a limit and some kind of transition to work feature with this kind of aid.
