Metro North Mall is a perfect example of the city fishing for tax dollars and absolutely destroying what was likely the best mall in the metro in order to develop their little revenue generating, pick pocket, tax trap Zona Rosa. Why the hell these local jack offs in government think they are experts at everyone's business is a fucking mystery. What a shame the dregs in Kansas Shitty allow the meddling to go on.

The Claycomo Plant wants to park its new vans there, as a staging area before shipping them out. That's the only way that piece of property will generate revenue now.

Outdoor shopping mall. In a place that is hotter than hell or colder than hell about 10 months a year. Oh yeah, I'm gonna be spending my money there. (not)
