    23 years old mother of three, oldest being 6, covered in tats and no baby Dads listed, out running around at 2 in the morning.

    Sounds to me like she was brain dead a long time ago.

    The mother of three, youngest being 2 years old was involved in a gunfight at 2 am. Poor decision making for a mother and a nurse to be out at 2 am.
