They must be having trouble getting them filled. It'll be two years from now and they'll still be calling these luxury apartments, which they are not.

Not that it really matters, but the building you linked to in the picture isn't the New England Mutual Life building at 9th and Wyandotte, it's the New England Bank building at 10th and Baltimore. It got converted to condos about 11 years ago.
