It seems that the Prison Industrial Complex out of control is one of the many factors that contributed to a violent uprising in Missouri. Every city in America will arrest you and put you in jail for not paying everything from parking to traffic tickets. If the Federal government has a problem with folks going to jail over debt perhaps they should send the memo to the IRS which strives to throw thousands in jail every year.
