    Fire everyone at the jail and turn over operations to the Sheriff's Department. Sure, you'll get some more sexual harassment lawsuits, but maybe they won't release murderers.

    That family should be able to sue somebody associate with the Jail or the Sheriff's office. That is horrible and they shouldn't be shielded by any immunity given to state employees for this one.

    wow.

    If the accused killer is smart he will disappear south of the border and never return to the USA.
