  3. The Star had an article a while back that stated that 40% of millenials still live with their parents and make only around $10K a year.
    That's a strange demographic to make believe you're going to build the economy of a city on.
    Lucky for them the streetcar is FREE!

  4. I'm sure of the 27 millenials who have not already moved out of KC at least 3 of them will have lunch on the streetcar just to make sure the wireless works

  5. My midtown neighborhood is turning young and white. The only blacks are in two buildings on Armour. I know gentrification is happening, but who would have thought east of Troost would ever be prodomently white....oh well so much for living in diversity
