Why did Patrick Two-bit move to DC to KC if he thinks it sucks so bad - in his own words - "for decades"? He must be the stupidest "analyst" ever.

Lucky for them the streetcar is FREE!
I'm sure of the 27 millenials who have not already moved out of KC at least 3 of them will have lunch on the streetcar just to make sure the wireless works
ReplyDeleteMy midtown neighborhood is turning young and white. The only blacks are in two buildings on Armour. I know gentrification is happening, but who would have thought east of Troost would ever be prodomently white....oh well so much for living in diversity
