Clearly Click is being handled like a Mud Shark Princess by a university that has the guts to actually tout education, scholars and intelligence. For God sakes we can not allow Missouri to slip further down the sewer pipe when it come to objectivity. When the cocksuckers running this institution demonstrate that they can actually act like grown up citizens with scruples and not like a bastard faction of the black panthers then perhaps they will gain the respect to be handled with such.

ReplyDeleteNearly everyone can agree that racism is wrong. If the university president was actively being a racist, he deserved to be fired. If the university president was supportive of racists, he deserved to be fired. He wasn't racist and did not support racists though. Instead, he actively sought to investigate and address racism on campus but was still fired. His problem was he didn't act the way a handful of student protesters demanded. He was accused of being a racist and put in a position where he had to resign.
ReplyDeleteThat situation scares people that are not racist, are not supportive of racists, and would defend people subject to such racism. The term racist now includes people that don't act fast enough, don't do what a small group of protesters demand, etc. All of the sudden, everyone is a racist.
The public and their elected officials are rightfully reacting to this. It's one thing for a bunch of passionate students to protest - they get some latitude. It's another thing for the adults, the educators, those being paid by the state of Missouri to enable these situations. It's their job to stop, think, know the facts, and then support positive dialogue. Melissa Click, Coach Pinkle, etc. reacted hastily, flamed tensions, and deserve some blame in this. The legislator is reacting accordingly...
Not everyone agrees that blacks being racist is wrong. Otherwise we would not tolerate them acting like racists and trying to label it something else. As long as libtards are afraid to confront and deal with the fundamental issues related to valid ethnic and racial interaction we will have what we have. Nowhere can equality be based on going back 150 years to a day no one alive even experienced.
