Just a quick word of warning to the wise and the many people who actually have to work or get home from work on this Sunday morning.
KANSAS CITY STREETS SUCK THIS SUNDAY MORNING SO BE CAREFUL DRIVING AROUND THIS MORNING!!!
There's about an inch and a half of snow on the street right now and the flurries are pretty consistent . . . Enough to make braking difficult on untreated streets lined with potholes.
Apparently, Kansas City has money for hotels, toy train streetcars, millionaire construction subsidy and maybe a new airport . . . But getting the streets cleaned on a Sunday morning almost never happens.
So take extra time for those who have drive . . . There are a limited number of street cleaning crews doing their best but they are understaffed and over worked because the d-bag JoCo biz men and an army of lawyers who live in the suburbs would rather invest in tourist attractions than anything related to infrastructure.
