People commit crime because they feel disenfranchised. This is why only inclusion will solve this societal problem. (When you make me feel like an outsider, do you imagine that that makes me regard you more? Or, if you don't give a shit about me, why should I give a shit about you.)

Reporters can be some of the stupidest sonzabitches on the face of the earth. The fact is Missouri NEVER repealed background checks on anything. What happened was Congress started the NICS program (FBI background check) which encompasses every state in the union and all agencies of the Federal government. NICS has cost us billions and if an incomplete record is encountered a citizen is denied the right to make a purchase even if he is legally entitled. For example let us say 30 years ago yo got picked up on a bad check, but the charges were dropped because they got the wrong guy. Lets say the police agency entered your arrest into NCIC (Federal database), but never entered that the charges were dismissed. The FBI will not allow your purchase until you either appeal or the entries are corrected. If all entitled appealed over 90 percent of those denied would be approved. All Missouri did was stop doing checks locally because the Federal government was already performing that function. No need in doing it twice and wasting tax dollars. It should also be noted that if you had a prohibitive protective order in Florida you would likely never be detected under the old Missouri system. This jack off reporter is trying to make it sound like we lost something and the state was negligent. This is a huge crock of bullshit from another god damn idiot libtard media wannabe literally making up shit in the absence of researching the facts.

ReplyDeleteI am old enough to have witnessed colored and white drinking fountains and restrooms. In fact i saw them on the ranch of a governor who was hailed as a civil rights progressive. I am old enough to have witnessed a time when black prisoners went into the North Carolina system and disappeared. I remember seeing blacks being asked to moved to the back of the bus in northern cities. I remember when a black man was willing to die just for the right to sit at a lunch counter and eat. I remember when a black man could not go to college in this country.
I remember enough to know that if these thug, undisciplined, bastard, punk shit heels think anyone is buying that their behaviour oriented exclusion is not validated simply through the existence of a civil society then they are fucking hallucinating. No one should have to sacrifice their own standards of conduct or values in order to get along with a pack of lazy fucking, do nothing, mooching coons.

One of my favorite things about the Tea Party (AKA the base of the Republican Party) is that it took them until 2008 to realize Republicans aren't the least bit fiscally conservative, even though it was obvious to liberals around 1983. That's the great thing about conservatives, give them 30 or 40 years or more, and almost nothing gets by them.
I look forward to the year 2025, when conservatives wake-up and realize the Republican Party could care less about small business.

Criminals aren't superman where bullets fly off their bodies. Plus I have a few thousand rounds of those bullets it is cheap range ammo.
