The Kansas City Star is the biggest piece of SHIT, you can possibly imagine! They tease you with a headline but to read their stupid article, you must pay. Fuck them, I would pay to read their shit and furthermore, wouldn't buy their fucking paper, to even line the catbox (which is the only thing it's good for..).

ReplyDelete6:22 is right, as this story about HPNA ,its board and the deal with MAC unfolds, more red flags will surface.
ReplyDeleteHyde Park's long history of racism began in the 1920's when it was the largest neighborhood to form a White Only Covenant.
HPNA was resurrected in 1972 ,and to this day has ZERO blacks on its board.
The Association is a self appointed ti imaginary neighborhood boundaries.
They have less then10% membership.
The HPNA has been working for years on this plan,since a few board members are investors in that area.RED FLAG.
The neighborhood used to be racially mixed, The Association has been targeting the Bainbridge, Georgian Court and black homeowners for quite awhile.
Younger White homeowners aren't buying into their history, so now they plan on a forced mandatory membership into their racist HOA.
The Armour Troost plan is only the beginning of white gentrification

Langenkamp, and the hidden political people in the newly formed shell corporations with no track records that willbe subcontractor under the main MAC contract. The political and city Hall friends will get "Pre-development money for just breathing on the project---not doing any real work. This is the organized corruption machine at work in our town.
