ReplyDeleteOK let me see...... Waiting lists were and are known to exists in hundreds of VA hospitals and this administrative judge is thinking it was this clerks idea? We still have waiting lists folks, we still have veterans suffering as the VA bullshits around on care and we still have a VA that farms out most of its surgical work. We still have three towers, eleven stories in KC where they tout 137 rooms when right now they could not come up with rooms for a dozen patients if their lives depended on it because they have filled the VA hospitals with offices and bureaucrats. I'm not taking up for this lady, but anyone who thinks the VA got this fucked up because of low level employees is fucking smoking crack.
Only in Killa City will you find a couple of Nig Noggers in a police standoff over a pair of tennis shoes being sold on fucking Facebook. Facebook of all places.

ReplyDeleteI don't know what the evidence is or was, but I agree the woman should have been fired. It would have to be extremely compelling if she sat on her behind all those years knowing that people were dying and she allowed the game to be played or played along. We're always chanting Black lives matter, here all lives mattered and she did nothing to show humanity or decency. She got what was coming to her... PETITION DENIED, DISMISSED.
ReplyDeleteToo, these judges and decisions are very politically motivated. It is wholly possible the judge ignored the evidence but the court rules are so geared towards upholding the judge's decision, that it's mostly a waste of time to appeal. Judges have allegiances to other judges. The opinion probably is total bullshit.
