That's right. Many many homes/properties are available for the money you may have in your wallet or small home safe. The catch? Niggers of course. Niggers have ruined Detroit so much there is literally no value to properties. If you do buy one of these properties you are obligated to fix them within a year or less and hope the niggers don't burn them down (likely). There also are probably still niggers living in the homes no matter what kind of deplorable condition they are in. That is a very difficult infestation that can't be handled by a typical exterminator.
This is what happens when niggers are 89% or 90% of the population and run everything in the city. Go watch the documentaries on the Detroit Public Schools and fire department. Nothing but TNB.
