    Good grief, that's a lot of words to tell us that Kansas rises the further west you go. "High plains" doesn't refer to pot.

    I don't care what anyone says, the flattest state in this country is, without question, Florida!! What a boring, boring drive..

    The flattest state is Delaware. The Louisiana then Illinois the Florida. Kansas is not even the flattest state in the Great Plains (North Dakota) much less the Midwest.

    Other places "flatter than a pancake" include Colorado, and the Marianas trench.
