ReplyDeleteThis reporting is seriously flawed to the point that both Tony and the Pitch could get sued. The Pitch story is not only taking the woman's version as fact, but they are attempting to make her statements factual with apparently no other sources or documentation. Additionally it appears that they never even contacted the alleged abuser.
My guess is that the judge listened to this woman's accusations, appropriately determined she was making shit up or was a drama queen and decided that perhaps she would not provided the most mentally stable environment for the children. It is highly unusually for a woman not to get primary custody of children. Given that the court had the opportunity to evaluate all the evidence presented I would suggest that this story is another of the many unsubstantiated hit pieces the Pitch seems to love to print.
